Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date with a 15% restocking fee. Opened blank media and products not in their original condition may not be returned or exchanged. Original shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for any return shipping costs. All shipping charges and fees are refundable or waived if the reason for the return is because we made a mistake with the order.
All returned products must be in their original unused condition with all original packaging still in-tacked. Returned products must be packed carefully along with a copy of the original sales receipt. Failure to include a copy of the original sales receipt may delay the refund process or completely void the return or exchange if we can't properly identify which order the return is for. Products shown to be used, not in their original condition, and or not in their original sealed packaging will not refunded. You are responsible for any damaged or lost products during the return shipment. We recommend using an insured shipping option in case your returned products do get lost or damaged. We will cooperate with you and the carrier in any regards to a shipping claim, but we are not responsible for issuing you a refund for damaged or lost products.
Items in a sealed package, such as blank media, may not be returned or exchanged if the sealed packaging has been opened. Some items are packaged loosely and may be returned without packaging. Due to the nature of the products we offer, simple mistakes can be made when selecting a product to purchase. Before breaking the seal on packaged products, please make sure the product is what you wanted and is compatible what your system. We cannot accept returned products that have been opened from their sealed packaging.
Error in Processing
On occasion, there may be an error in the processing or packing of an order. If you find that the wrong products were shipped to you, please call us at (909) 608-0688 or contact us through email. We will immediately send you the correct products and set up a return shipment for the incorrect products. You can, if you'd like, get a full refund of your order after we receive the returned products instead of having the correct products shipped to you. We will pay for any return shipping charges for orders with errors.
Shipping charges are not refundable, unless we made a mistake with your order.
